Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Writeros ("the App"), developed by Carlos Flores ("we", "us", or "our"). By using App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use App.

Use of the App

Writeros is a writing application available on iOS, macOS, and web. You may use the App for personal or professional purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the App or any part of it
• Use the App to create, store, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others

Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use Writeros. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Your Content

All content you create in Writeros is stored locally on your device. You retain full ownership of your content. We do not access, collect, or store your content.

You are solely responsible for your content and for maintaining backups. We are not responsible for any loss of content due to device failure, accidental deletion, or any other cause.

Purchases

Writeros offers a one-time in-app purchase through the Apple App Store. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's Terms and Conditions.

• We do not process payments directly.
• Refund requests must be directed to Apple through their standard process.
• Pricing may vary by region and is determined by the App Store.

Intellectual Property

Writeros, including its design, code, logo, and branding, is the intellectual property of Carlos Flores. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other brand elements.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Writeros is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Any defects will be corrected
• The App will meet your specific requirements

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Carlos Flores shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, content, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the competent courts of Mexico.
